CPSO ARRESTS SUSPECT FOR INDECENT BEHAVIOR

 

 

 

Lake Charles –

 

           On September 13, 2023, detectives with the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit received a complaint in reference to indecent behavior with a juvenile.   

            During the investigation, it was learned Jesse A. Racca, 47, Lake Charles, made an inappropriate sexual comment to a girl under the age of 10.  It was also learned Racca showed a girl under the age of 16 pornographic videos on his phone. 

After further investigation, on June 12 detectives issued a warrant signed by Judge Tony Fazzio for Racca’s arrest.  The following day he was located by the CPSO Warrants Division at which time he was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 2 counts of indecent behavior of a juvenile.  When detectives spoke with Racca, he confirmed the victims’ allegations.  His bond is set at $250,000.

CPSO Detective Eric Perry is the lead investigator on this case.

An arrest is an indication that probable cause exists to believe the subject was involved in the offense alleged.   A person is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
