A meeting of The Calcasieu Parish Law Enforcement District was held at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office on the 18th day of December 2018.
Public written notice of the agenda, date, time and place of the hearing was posted on the building where the meetings of this taxing authority are usually held, more than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Public notice was also posted on Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office website more than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Richard B. Smith, Vice President of the Business and Workforce Development
The meeting was called to order and the roll called.
Minutes of the previous meeting held on November 13, 2018 were reviewed and approved by Sheriff Mancuso.
No Old business.
New Business: Reconsideration and adoption of the ITEP application for South Alexander 2018-0287, with respect to its manufacturing facility, was approved and signed by Sheriff Tony Mancuso.
Sheriff Mancuso reviewed the ITEP application for Juniper Specialty Products 2016-1808, with respect to its manufacturing facility, approved and signed the application at 80 percent.
There being no further business, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned.
