Lake Charles, LA –
On September 27 Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office detectives, while conducting an investigation, obtained a search warrant to seize the cell phone belonging to Matthew D. Hamilton, 24, 608 Alamo St., Lake Charles. A forensic examination of the cell phone revealed numerous pornographic images involving children. Hamilton was found to be in possession of at least 44 digital images on his cell phone.
Hamilton was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with 44 counts of pornography involving juveniles. Judge Clayton Davis set his bond at $10,000.
