Lake Charles –
On June 14 at approximately 7:40 a.m. Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a business on Walcott Road in Westlake in reference to a theft.
During the investigation detectives reviewed video surveillance from the business and learned on July 13 at approximately 8:30 p.m. an unknown individual removed an air compressor from the property. It is believed they gained access into the business’ fenced yard by cutting the lock.
