Lake Charles -
On September 11, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a call in reference to a carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Upon arrival, deputies were advised that Stephen L. Carbone, 29, 210 Thicket Road, Sulphur, had sexual intercourse with a 14 year old girl, who was an acquaintance. When questioned by detectives Carbone confirmed he had sexual intercourse with the victim on one occasion.
Carbone was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Judge Guy Bradberry set his bond at $50,000.
