If you have a question, you can call the number, but be prepared to do a little "detective" work yourself. That number is to the front desk deputy, who will have no clue what you are talking about. I was transferred from the desk, to patrol, to corrections and finally after repeating my questions multiple times I made it to public relations where my questions were answered.
